It’s not a big deal that you gained weight. Honestly, in the big picture, who cares? Did you live life the way you wanted to? Did you have fun? Did you find people you love? Did you learn lots of interesting things? That’s probably what you’re gonna care about when you’re at your death bed, not about the fact that you “gained weight” when you were 21.

i remember a bit ago i seen something on pinterest where someone decided to save every $5 bill they had for a while… i think i’m going to try that. every night i usually exchange my tips into bills, toonies, or loonies so every time i exchange them into a $5 i’ll keep it. see how much i have in even a few months?! so far i have $10 so let’s see.

reeeeeally not feeling work today.
i got up early and went to church for the first time in about a month or so? so that i feel good about. until i forgot i’m working until 1:00am again tonight. 3:00pm-1:00am… ew. bringing a grilled chicken wrap, lunabar, and some veggies so i’ll have plenty of energy! h o p e f u l l y because i’m tired already.

it’s basically instagram but with a focus on health and fitness. 
it’s not only that but you can also enter in your workouts, or create a workout that you can do using the materials you have (dumbbells, kettlebell, band, etc or no equipment.) and it shows you have to do each move. i’m actually finding it’s really motivating me. i love tumblr but lately it’s been more of a post about my life, pretty picture blog and hasn’t really motivated me but this is a change so it’s helping i think.
