i’m no longer answering questions like, “i ate a slice of cake is that bad?”, “i ate ice cream will i gain weight?” stop it and think rationally here. if a scoop of ice cream made you fat i’m pretty sure the entire world would be obese. being healthy means including treats every once in a while. sweets are good for your mental health! if you’re worrying about a scoop of ice cream you’ll drive yourself insane.
