lil grocery haul *
bananas, massive bag of grapes, strawberry jam, iced coffee via packages, hot oats oatmeal to go in raspberry, honey oatmeal bread, coffee oikos greek yogurt, baby romaine, litehouse raspberry lime vinaigrette, natrel 2% milk, maple leaf dijon chicken, rotisserie chicken (makes a quick sandwich for my work dinner tomorrow), apple caramel yogurt r u srs, cara oranges, cucumber, macintosh apples, lemon, red onion and a grapefruit.
snack at work :)
peanut butter chocolate chip larabar, veggies and sugar free iced latte. much better than the donuts i usually eat haha. finally feel together.
super excited for tomorrows dinner at work! chicken breast, rice, broccoli, red pepper, peas and onion.
anyone tried this before???
i’m not sure how it’ll taste but i suppose if i make good sauce it’ll help. i like quinoa and i like rice so it can’t be too bad haha.
i had white toast this morning and i didn’t die. with plenty of homemade strawberry jam haha. i really wanted toast but was out of my bread sooo that’s okay. plus broccoli&onion omelette with ketchup in yes a ramekin.
overpriced watermelon because it was already cut & iced coffee on my break :)
the watermelon was so sweet and delicious.

(minus the chicken in the oven and the eggs that were hard boiling at the time and the green juice i’m buying tomorrow)
oats, chia seeds, dark chocolate, apple sauce, grapefruit, jam, walnuts, bananas, spinach, my fav honey dijon vinaigrette by renees, carrots and broccoli.
SERIOUSLY NEVER GO TO WORK WITHOUT AT LEAST SNACKS! especially if you work around donuts.
going to my 12 hour shift prepared!
i’ve packed my lunch, supper and a couple snacks for tomorrow. i’m determined not to touch any tims food (not a single timbit!) since i know being around that food will make me want something sweet i came up with this which is a bit healthier than a donut haha. blueberry fibre waffle + white chocolate peanut butter + strawberry jam + a banana :)
just having a bubble bath and making sure i get enough nutrients for the day 🌿🍏 contains : pineapple juice, apple juice, mango puree, banana puree, kiwi puree, natural flavour, green tea, spinach, broccoli, barley grass, wheat grass, garlic, jerusalem artichoke and nova scotia dulse.
some new things to try.
1. sallys oatmeal. i like bringing oatmeal to work because i get bored of having sandwiches, salads, etc and oatmeal is always filling. this oatmeal is naturally flavoured plus has flaxseed, barley, quinoa, rye & wheat. the ingredients are simple too so A+. i usually bring a banana and other things to add just to make it more filling. plus these were on sale for $2.50 and you get 10 each so cheap supper.
2. mango ginger + carrot juice! i’m obsessed with bolthouse drinks. yes it’s better to make your own but they’re just convenient to pour into a bottle and take to work.
